Hardcore is a special keyword since it will (if the keyword 'sex' and the genre 'Adult' is added to the title as well) restrict the display of a title to those people who have chosen to see such titles. That said, this keyword should be added to a title if it contains hardcore pornography. It should NOT be used to account for certain music styles!
